What happens when the month ends?
The labs lock until you pay again. Nothing else changes: every flag you captured, every lab you finished, every machine you downloaded stays yours, and the next month carries on from exactly where you stopped.
How does paying offline work?
You place an offline order for one month (EVC, Zaad, eDahab or a bank transfer), send the money, and Hurbad confirms it — usually the same day. Your month opens the moment it is confirmed. When the month is nearly up, the dashboard shows one button to pay the next one; it is added on the end of the current month, so paying early never wastes a day.
Can I switch between card and offline?
Yes. Cancel the card subscription from your dashboard and pay the next month offline, or subscribe by card while an offline month is running — the card month is added on the end, not on top.
How do I cancel a card subscription?
From your dashboard, in one click. Nothing is charged again and the month you already paid for runs to its end. You can undo the cancellation any time before it ends.
Are there refunds?
A month is not refunded once it has opened. If a card payment goes through in error, write to us the same day and we will sort it out.
