Hurbad License Agreement
Unless otherwise stated, all references in this License Agreement to the “Hurbad Content” or the “Content” includes the Hurbad Learner-facing and Administrator-facing applications and platforms, individual videos within a Course, entire course, course packages, supplemental materials, Learner resources, quiz questions, proprietary instances of the virtual lab and/or access to any portions thereof. All references to “Hurbad” or “Hurbad Institute of Technology” shall mean Hurbad LTD, a UK based limited company, with its principal office located at 17/19, Fladbury Road, Tottenham, London, N15 6SB .
Pursuant to the terms herein, Hurbad grants the Hurbad Learner(s) who enrolled and paid for the course a lifetime access for that single course. The single user license shall be connected to You, a named individual with a unique email address, for the term of Your enrollment, is the terms of this License Agreement.
Termination Of Your License
Any violation(s) (Downloading Courses) shall be grounds for Termination of Your license.
Hurbad reserves the right to determine whether a violation of this License Agreement has occurred and to suspend Your access during such investigation. Failure to cooperate with any investigation of a suspected violation shall be considered a violation and shall be grounds for Termination of Your license.
Upon Termination of Your license, Hurbad shall not refund any amounts You previously paid to Hurbad.
